Customer support was way too slow for me. I sent a message and ended up waiting a really long time just to get a basic reply.

Even after I replied back, it felt like nobody was actually checking things properly. Definitely not a great experience if you need help quickly

I tried using autodraft.in on both my phone and tablet, and it was frustrating. Pages loaded strangely, some buttons wouldn’t respond, and a few options seemed to be missing completely on mobile. I switched over to my laptop thinking it would be better, but it was still laggy. It kind of made me feel trapped, like no matter which device I used, I couldn’t just get things done smoothly. Really not happy with the device support.

I tried autodraft.in for a couple of forms, it did what I needed without any major issues. The site was straightforward to use, though I was a little unsure at first if I was filling everything out in the right place.

It works fine for me most of the time, but every now and then it gets a little annoying. Like, I’ll be editing a page and it starts lagging, or I’ll try to move something around and it freezes for a few seconds, or I’ll click into a text box and it takes longer than it should to respond. Sometimes it’s smooth, like when I’m just making quick changes or browsing through pages, but other times it feels like it struggles, especially if I’m editing a bigger page or switching between sections. It’s definitely not awful, and I can still get my work done, but I do think it would be much better if it felt more stable and consistent.

The credits run out really fast. I barely get to use the service before they’re gone. It feels a little unfair to me.

I asked for a refund, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies were slow, and you end up having to keep asking for updates because there’s no clear timeline or proper answer. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but my refund experience with autodraft.in really wasn’t good...

The files did download, but the quality wasn’t that great. Some parts were kinda blurry, and a few pages just looked a bit off. I also had to try twice to get it done. It’s not the worst experience or anything, but yeah, I was expecting better

I tried Autodraft for a short video, the results were underwhelming. The scenes felt kind of thrown together, and some of the motion had that slightly awkward AI look that’s hard to ignore.

To be fair, it did generate quickly, which is nice if you just want to see something appear on screen fast. But I guess speed is easier to appreciate when you’re not planning to actually use the final video for anything polished...
